After spending 20 years of working on the tools, Phil Kernaghan a fully qualified plasterer decided it was time to start his own company, and so in 1998 Sunnybank Plastering Ltd was formed.

By hand selecting some of the most respected and experienced professionals in the industry, and also integrating family members into the company, Sunnybank has grown into one of the North West most successful and dynamic plastering contractors, setting the standard which others aim to follow.

Sunnybank Plastering have a Management System which is dedicated to delivering projects to our clients on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. We look to form long lasting relationships with both our clients and supply chain.

We have close links with all the major manufactures such as British Gypsum, Lafarge, Knauf, K Rend, Cemrend, Weber and Maxit ensuring all our operatives are up to date and trained to use current technology.

We are members of the Federation of Plastering and Drywall Contractors, which has very stringent membership requirements, so you can be assured that you are dealing with a quality company.

Health & Safety

Sunnybank are fully committed to Health & Safety, with a full time Health & Safety co-ordinator and the use of the external services of Oldham Associates the industries leading H & S consultants.

All our professionals and trades men are fully qualified and CSCS registered, with on going safety training a priority.

Our company is accredited within the Contractors Health and Safety Scheme (CHAS).

Sunnybank Plastering recognises a responsibility to effectively manage and address the key environment issues created by and impacting on our business. It is our intent to comply with all relevant environmental legislation and to monitor progress and performance in this area on a regular basis. The Managing Director accepts ultimate responsibility to ensure compliance and effectively support the delivery of the environmental objectives of our client.
